Hadassah became frustrated with conventional medicine and turned within to heal herself. To activate these inner resources she dedicated herself to higher education. Her journey culminated in a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies (SDSU), a Master of Arts in Education & Counseling (SDSU), a certification in Biofeedback, NeuroPhysical Reprogramming, Anti-Aging and NeuroEndocrine Hormone Regulation, Clinical Hypnotherapy and Homeopathy, and a Doctorate in Pastoral Therapy (PMA) and Naturopathic Sciences(CCNM). She has studied Traditional Oriental Medicine (PCOM) which she now incorporates into her holistic practice. During this journey she has cured herself of anxiety, depression, chronic fatigue, and migraines.
What really drives Hadassah is her love for people and compassion for their suffering. She understands and feels very keenly about the pain and frustration associated with conventional methods. She created ZenBeauty Coach with the intention of empowering others to restore their life back to nature’s harmonious balance. This work has to do with empowering her clients through education and following a unique customized protocol tailored to each client. Hadassah has observed the pervasiveness and importance of balancing mind, body, and spirit. Her journey is not about the success of an organization or her own success within it. The road she is traveling is about integrating everything she has learned, felt, experienced, and believes into a vision of tikkun olam- raising consciousness to heal our planet as we heal ourselves.

We understand that quality of life is important. It is our quest to help women stay healthier longer through lifestyle makeovers for disease prevention and even reversal in many cases. Our philosophy is as follows:
Basic Principles of Traditional Naturopathy-
In helping their clients, Traditional Naturopaths follow a number of basic principles. Among them are:
1·Do no harm-
Primum non nocere (first do no harm) is part of the Hippocratic oath. Traditional Naturopaths do not use harmful substances, such as drugs and pharmaceuticals, and do not rely on potentially dangerous procedures, such as surgery.
2· Recognize the healing power of nature-
Traditional Naturopaths understand that the body has an innate capacity for self-healing. They are equipped to educate their clients in setting up the proper external and internal environments so that healing will take place.
3· Find and eliminate the cause-
All “dis-ease” has some kind of cause. Self-healing can occur when that cause has been eliminated. Traditional Naturopaths help clients evaluate their lifestyles, identify the cause of their problems, and take corrective action.
3· Teach health-
Traditional Naturopaths teach their clients how to achieve and maintain good health. This empowers their clients and enables them to participate in the process of staying well.
4· Honor the total person-
A person is never simply a headache, or a backache, or a sore throat. Unless there has been an injury, seldom does any problem occur in isolation. Traditional Naturopaths understand that people are physical, mental/emotional, and spiritual beings, and that one “dis-ease” affects all areas of life.
5· Prevent “dis-ease”-
In teaching their clients how to achieve a state of balance, Traditional Naturopaths are helping them remain healthy into the future.
Our approach to wellness is a journey of self mastery that is based on the total being.
All that is required is your readiness and commitment. Once you are on your custom plan and are satisfied you can stop right there or continue the journey with spiritual growth.
